Doesn’t take long
Well, it didn’t take me long to mess up this weight loss thing up. Last night I did my resistance training and it felt really good. And I did really well today until this evening when I went out to eat at Burger King. I am not sure why I do that kind of stuff but it really seems to happen a lot. I seem to sabotage myself EVERYTIME! I do so well then I mess up the whole day with a stupid meal or soda. WHY!!!
I have decided that counting calories makes me obsess about food so I am going to eat smaller portions. Along with this I am going to try to eat as Robert suggests in his book. Robert says that vegetables are unlimited, protein 4 times a day, starches twice a day (breakfast and lunch only), fruits twice a day for the first week and 3 after that and 1 or 2 daily servings of calcium. He says that eating three meals with two snacks will keep your metabolism burning. This is my eating plan anyway. Here’s to hoping!
Oh, and my foot is killing me! I did something to it a few months ago and it has hurt ever since. The arch of my foot hurts like heck when I walk. Not the whole time, only when I roll it. I am not sure that I am ever going to get out there to do my cardio if it doesn’t heal soon. I have an appointment with a podiatrist next month and it can’t come soon enough.
I have complained enough for one night I supose. I hope that I will be in a better mood after a good nights sleep.

Chin up girl, I am right there with you. Those double stuffed oreos were good.
Sorry to hear your foot is hurting. Hope it feels better soon!
Good luck to you on your goals! We all slip up from time to time, the tricky part is getting back into it again. As long as you’re trying and making an effort, you will see results. I don’t mean physical results per say, but you will find that you feel better about yourself and are happier when you know that you are trying your best to improve yourself.
I look forward to reading more from you!
Trying to lose weight is a good goal, but it’s ok to eat out once in a while if you don’t pig out and moderate your meal. oh, and keep at it. Just don’t go anorexic on us. (I’m sorry, I suck at spelling.)
